Pre orders
Please refer to each item description for an estimated delivery time on all pre order products.
Although, on most occasions products are received within the estimated times, delivery times are not guaranteed and SHOULD NOT be relied on. Delivery times can vary on pre ordered items as they are ordered in at your request so some delays in shipping may occur which are out of our control. Delays in shipping may be a result of being shipped from overseas, supplier issues, customs, particular busy periods or manufacturing delays out of our control. Refunds will not be issued due to delayed deliveries.
Orders including any pre ordered products will not be complete and dispatched until all products are in stock. Fluffy Banana cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed due to this.
If your order contains a mixture of pre order & in stock products, please ensure descriptions are read thoroughly before ordering as orders will not be complete and dispatched until all items are in stock. Fluffy Banana cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed due to this.
If you choose the next day delivery service on orders which include pre ordered items, the entire order will be shipped as soon as all items are in stock and will be due for delivery the following day. You will get an email once order is shipped.
Price of shipping
Giant Eggs shipping is £6.50 for up to 10 eggs. So 9 eggs will be £6.50 shipping and 15 eggs will be £13 shipping.
There may be some incurred costs and delays out of our hands for Highlands and offshore and Isle's. Please email prior to purchasing.
